About Me

I’m someone who leads with both heart and intention. With experience in fast – paced environments and team-driven roles, I’ve developed a strong sense of empathy, reliability and clear communication. As a former hostess, I learned how to bring people together – managing different personalities and needs while keeping things moving smoothly. I take pride in creating cohesion and clarity in any setting I’m part of.

My time at the NCTC bookstore, combined with my education as a journalism student at the University of North Texas, has taught me the importance of organization, meeting deadlines and handling responsibility with care. Whether it’s coordinating with multiple departments or ensuring every shelf is in order, I approach each task with diligence and a sense of purpose.

But above all, who I am matters just as much as what I do. As the oldest of five in a blended family, I’ve naturally taken on the role of a steady, compassionate leader. I'm someone who can deliver hard truths with kindness, who listens deeply and who shows up for others – always. My friends describe me as sincere, grounded and direct. I believe empathy and integrity are the foundation of what it means to be a good journalistic writer. And I bring those values to every part of my life.
